Michael Metz

President & CEO
Michael is the founder and President of Ethical Solutions Providers Inc. and CEO of esi Specialists Inc. For more than 6 years, he held the position of Vice President, and founding Partner of Canadian Legal Copies Inc., Toronto's first document and facilities Management Company. Due to Michael's in-depth financial background and proven successes, he has held senior positions, including Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer with one of North America's largest outsourcing organizations. Michael's extensive business and financial experience have been instrumental in his continued success. Michael brings a high level of integrity and business savvy, and fosters our company belief in the vision of making esp and esi industry leaders by consistently providing cradle to grave service offerings along with unparalleled quality and service to our customers.

Dan Garcia

Vice-President
Dan's experience in the outsourcing services and document management industry spans more than fifteen years. Since 1994, he has held numerous progressive positions with two well-known outsourcing companies, one of which is a Fortune 500 Company.

Dan's extensive operations management expertise is the direct result of broad exposure to all operational aspects of the business including facilities management, finance, project management, human resources, training and staff development. He is known for his "customer service without boundaries" approach and outstanding team building abilities.

Dan's primary focus has been to assemble a skilled team and provide them with the necessary tools and support that, in the end, ensures complete satisfaction for the clients and job satisfaction for the team. Dan has been a key member of the senior management team from inception, helping to grow the operation organically to over 100 staff operating at both off site client facilities and within esp's own on site production centre.

Lydiah Ingalla

Director of Operations
Lydiah has played a key role in esp's start up and growth in Toronto. She relocated to Ottawa where she started up our onsite and offsite operations, successfully developing and overseeing dedicated and efficient service teams.

Recently appointed Director of Operations, Lydiah continues to work closely with our operations teams and facilities management clients, providing innovative solutions to workflow and processes. Lydiah is one of esp's recipients of the Founders Award and is actively involved in charitable causes. Prior to joining esp, Lydiah worked in Washington D.C., New York and Nairobi, Kenya with a background in Administration and Logistics.
